Michael Koval
Senior Partner
Michael Koval is the Co-Founder of Pixces and serves on its Board of Directors.
Michael was key to the founding of Pixces Consulting Group in 2006. Concurrent to the founding of Pixces, Michael was the Chief Information Officer for Long & Foster Real Estate, responsible for all technology, business solutions, IT governance, security and online systems. Michael is a recognized leader in the Real Estate industry and sat on numerous boards including Trulia, National Association of Realtors Security & Policy Group, LeadingRE and Realty Alliance. Through his leadership and technology innovation, Long & Foster grew to support over 20,000 users across the Mid-Atlantic area.
Prior to joining Long & Foster, Michael was a Senior Manager and Practice Leader with KPMG, LLP (BearingPoint) in their Global Consulting Practice. Michael provided management consultancy and advisory services to clients such as British Aerospace, Marakon Associates, Impath, SIPC, Hershey, Lowes Home Improvement, WebMD, Heckler & Koch, NetJets, TIGI, American Association of Anesthesiologists, Federal Reserve, NASDAQ, NYSE, Micrografx, Vulcan, Revlon Cosmetics, Lehigh Portland Cement, Williams Scotsman, WRIT, City of New York Housing Authority, American Petroleum Institute, National Association of Realtors, AFL-CIO, NCQA and Sunrise Living.
Michael earned an MSc from Johns Hopkins University in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland at College Park.
Michael lives in Rockville, Maryland and is married with two grown children.
Mayur Raichura
Senior Partner
Mayur Raichura is a Senior Partner with Pixces Consulting Group. Prior to joining Pixces, Mayur spent 15 years in technology leadership roles, including Deputy CIO, at Long & Foster, the largest real estate company in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
During his tenure, Mayur’s responsibilities included eCommerce, client server technologies, applications development, business software, production support and project management.
Before joining Long & Foster, Mayur spent four years with KPMG Consulting managing projects throughout the United States and Europe. Representative engagements included the selection and implementation of financial, transactional and Ecommerce systems for clients such as MacAndrews and Forbes (Revlon), Hershey Creamery, KPMG Tax and Audit, Long and Foster, Lehigh Cement and others.
After emigrating from India, where Mayur was a practicing Chartered Accountant, Mayur joined Moors and Cabot, a PaineWebber Correspondent Services Corporation, as Manager of Operations.
Mayur has earned an MBA from American University and a MS in Technology Management from Columbia University.
Mayur lives in North Potomac, Maryland and is married with two children.
Wayne Viener
Partner
Wayne Viener is a Partner of Pixces Consulting Group. He is the Founder and CEO of Viener Consulting, Inc. and in 2014 Wayne spearheaded the integration and re-branding of his firm, now unified with Pixces Consulting Group.
Wayne launched Viener Consulting, Inc. in 1991 and grew the business into a premier provider of technology services for leading firms in the Washington DC Metropolitan area, with a focus on business systems innovation, e-commerce and retail technology. As an experienced business owner Wayne is adept at running all facets a business and utilizes his knowledge and coaching skills to guide his clients and his colleagues.
With his wealth of experience, Wayne has become a trusted advisor to many C-Suite executives and business leaders, frequently serving as an acting CFO or CIO for his clients. In addition to his deep industry experience in the retail and energy sectors, Wayne’s expertise includes Microsoft Consulting, NCR Point of Sale systems, Public Accounting, Computer Network Infrastructure, C-level oversight of the installation and tactical management of regulatory programs, financial and sales systems.
If you ask Wayne who he is, he will tell you that “I am a Maryland Terrapin”. Wayne earned a BS from University of Maryland and has been a MD Certified Public Accountant since 1989. As a media personality in the Washington, DC market, Wayne can regularly be heard on the TerpTalk and SportsMaven radio programs on 1300 CBS Sports Radio in Baltimore.
Wayne lives in Gaithersburg, Maryland and is married with two teenage boys.
Kinesh Doshi
Board Member – Head of Delivery & Project Oversight
Twenty-two years’ information technology with experience in product engineering, SDLC, cross-platform development, digital transformation, Web/Mobile applications, reuse/framework development.
Deep understanding of contemporary/emerging technologies such as Cloud, SaaS, Mobility, NoSQL, social media, machine learning, AI, NLP, etc.
Experience with new advanced in SDLC/architectures such as Agile/TDD, Scrum Model, Behavior testing, Polyglot persistence and Micro-services architecture.
Consulted to venture-funded startups, mid-size firms and larger corporations such as Deutsche Bank, CitiBank, Long & Foster, Thyc, Gladson, Rackspace, etc.

Alan Simon
Senior Business Analyst
Alan Simon is a Principal with the Pixces Consulting Group. Alan brings his vast experience with both large companies and start-ups to Pixces.
His career has spanned the software, telecommunications, and real estate industries, with an emphasis on product management, business operations, and information technology.
Before joining Pixces, Alan co-founded Customer Realty, a technology-driven real estate brokerage, and served as Vice President of Real Estate Operations. Prior to that, he worked at Long & Foster in the areas of online applications and licensing operations. Among other things, he conceived and developed an online contracts application used throughout the company in approximately 200 sales offices and by over 10,000 agents. While at Long & Foster, Alan also served on the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS Standard Forms Committee, and chaired the committee during his tenure.
Previous engagements in the telecommunications industry include MCI, Nextel, Teleglobe International, and eLink Communications, where he helped to bring new telecom services to market. In the software industry, Alan managed development and delivery of database applications for start-up Coyne Kalajian, Inc. He began his career in management and technology consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton.
Alan holds a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, in a program that included coursework in business at the Wharton School.
He is also a contributing author to the book Leveraging: A Political, Economic and Societal Framework published by Springer (2014), for which he wrote the chapter entitled “The Evolution of Real Estate Leverage.”
Alan lives in Kensington, Maryland and has two children.
Neil Agate
Principal
Neil Agate is a Principle with the Pixces Consulting Group. Neil is a seasoned Information Technology and Software Industry executive with over 20 years’ experience in management, sales and development.
Before joining Pixces in 2015, Neil built and operated two successful business and technology consulting services companies, Sussex Systems and Four Gates, LLC. Neil built Sussex Systems into a nationally respected IBM Premier Partner providing software development and professional services in the areas of collaboration and business intelligence software for both public and private sector customers. Under Neil’s leadership, Sussex Systems experienced a 10 fold increase in revenues in a 12 month period of time by focusing on the delivery of key technologies in Electronic Medical Records (EMS) and pharmaceutical supply chain monitoring systems.
Neil also has extensive corporate leadership experience, having served as the General Manager of the NetHealth Trust Division of Health Pathways, Inc., and the Senior Vice President, Professional Services of Ikimbo Inc.
Neil has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the George Washington University School of Government and Business Administration. He also gained international experience through his studies at Barker College in Sydney, Australia and the Danes Hill School in Surrey, England.
Neil currently serves on the Boards of the British American Business Association, The Penumbra Group and the Washington DC Lotus User’s Group.
Bob Rosecrans
Advisor
Bob Rosecrans is a Partner with the Pixces Consulting Group. Bob has C level industry experience in Insurance, HealthCare, High Stakes Testing and Assessments, Associations, membership organizations and non-profits.
Before joining Pixces in 2015, Bob was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer for the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), an international non-profit organization of business schools that provides products and services to academic institutions and prospective graduate management education students, including the widely used Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).
Prior to joining GMAC in 2007, Bob was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Official for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, a national federation of 36 independent, community-based and locally operated Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies. Bob was responsible for the technology serving the Association in Chicago, Washington D.C and New York as well as all national technology, both commercial and federal, that integrated the independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies for collaborative health care transaction processing.
Bob has earned an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Business Administration and Economics from Pfeiffer University in North Carolina.
Bob lives in Rockville, Maryland and is married with two grown children.
Tom Doughty
Senior Project Manager
Tom Doughty is a Sr. Project Manager with the Pixces Consulting group and brings a global business perspective for small, medium and large companies.
His career has covered both retail and direct sales channels, Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B), Non-profit start-ups and global e-commerce enterprises. Tom has work with leading companies such as; Best Buy, Target, United Healthcare, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Dell|EMC, Google and Keller-Williams Corporate Inc. In all, Tom brings more than 20 years of Product Management and Brand Marketing experience to Pixces Consulting.
Tom holds a B.S. in Political Science and a B.S. in Speech Forensics from the University of South Dakota. He has lived/worked outside the US several times in Sydney, London and Singapore where he helped launch computing services programs to small and medium business customers.
Tom and his family live in Austin, Texas, where he and his wife have 3 daughters and 3 rescue dogs.
